Margot has over two decades of professional experience in retained executive search, human capital research, and the sales, marketing and operations needs associated with business ownership.
As co-founder of several successful small businesses in the fields of high tech, environmental products, food service, and entertainment, she developed a keen sense of how to match the right person to the right role. Her passion for research allows her to consistently find top talent, and she has established invaluable relationships with executives in numerous industries.
Raised abroad and fluent in English, French and Italian, she adds global perspective and communication to the team’s expertise. Margot earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, San Francisco.
When she’s not on the phone or the internet, Margot is a fierce cyclist, a runner, and a djembe player — a longtime student of traditional West African drums.

Garrett Browning, Sr. Consultant

Scott Deppiesse, Sr. Consultant
Scott has over 23 years of recruiting experience. As a pioneer of contingent consulting in the San Francisco Bay Area, he has developed a vast network of clients and relationships in the high tech industry. He has also worked on several international assignments and is well versed in immigration and multi-national business relationships. Most recently he consulted with Autodesk, working closely with the Marketing organization. Scott holds a degree in Computer Science and enjoys keeping abreast of changes and advancements in technology.
Born in San Mateo, CA, Scott is an avid golfer and acting president of the AGC men’s club. He is also the father of young twins, and enjoys non-fiction reading and all things outdoors.

Jason Izmirian, Sr. Consultant
Jason has 15 years of experience in recruiting as well as experience in human capital management. He has worked for companies both public and private, ranging from Fortune 500 to startups in industries such as biotechnology, analytical instruments, software and hardware engineering, telecommunications (wired and wireless), human capital management, professional services and staffing.
Jason is a certified instructor in Behavioral Based Interviewing and has used this methodology of candidate evaluation and selection throughout his career, as well as training other how to use this style of interviewing and candidate assessment. Jason studied Human Resource Management at San Francisco State University.
A native of California, he has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 12 years. He is an avid cook and enjoys foreign and independent films. He is always looking for the best tasting ethnic food he can get his hands on.
